四步从 Consentmo 迁移
同意记录保存在收集它们的 CMP 中，因此迁移的第一步是保留一份 Consentmo 记录的副本。
- 导出 Consentmo 同意记录。在 Plus 和 Max 套餐中，Consentmo 支持将同意记录下载为 CSV 文件。请按照您的数据保留政策要求的期限妥善保存该文件，它是切换之前所获同意的证明。
- 安装 UniConsent。从 Shopify App Store 添加 Cookie Consent by UniConsent，并按照 Shopify 设置指南完成配置。对大多数店铺而言，Consent Categories (for advertisers) 是最快捷的设置方式。
- 移除 Consentmo。在主题编辑器中关闭 Consentmo 应用嵌入，并清除主题或 Google Tag Manager 中残留的 Consentmo 代码，确保只有一个横幅在运行。
- 检查效果。在 Shopify 后台进入 Settings > Customer Privacy，确认横幅的适用地区，然后使用 Consent Mode checker 测试您的店铺。
安装任何同意管理应用前需要检查的事项
同意管理应用会在店铺的每个页面上运行，因此无论选择哪款应用，都值得花几分钟做一些检查。
- 权限。安装时仔细阅读应用申请的访问权限，对超出同意横幅所需范围的权限保持警惕。
- 开发者。了解应用由谁开发、所在地区，以及它是否列入 IAB Europe CMP 名单和 Google 认证 CMP 名单。
- 像素与结账。检查 Settings > Customer events 和结账设置，移除您无法识别的像素或脚本。
- 残留代码。移除任何应用后，检查主题和标签管理器中是否还有它留下的代码。
常见问题
为什么 Shopify App Store 中找不到 Consentmo？
Shopify 尚未公布原因。Consentmo 的应用页面显示该应用目前不可用，并提示有支持问题的商家直接联系 Consentmo。2026 年 10 月，有数百款应用从 App Store 下架。
可以把 Consentmo 的同意记录迁移到 UniConsent 吗？
同意记录无法作为有效同意在不同 CMP 之间迁移。请将 Consentmo 记录导出为 CSV 并妥善保存，作为切换之前所获同意的证明。UniConsent 会从安装当天起记录每一次新的选择。
切换后，回访用户会再次看到横幅吗？
会。每个 CMP 都将用户选择保存在各自的 Cookie 中，因此切换后回访用户需要重新选择一次。
UniConsent 是否支持 Shopify 结账以及 Shopify 自身的跟踪？
支持。UniConsent 对接 Shopify Customer Privacy API，Shopify 通过该 API 将同意状态应用到其自身的分析功能以及店面和结账页面上的像素。详见 Shopify Consent Mode v2 指南。
